Mark Benhar - President
Mark is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the firm. Since 1985, his industry experience has taken him from account executive for a small dealership to Executive Vice President of one of the country’s largest dealerships. Mark has become one of the leading professionals in the New York market and is recognized for his solid and professional reputation with vendors, clients and competitors. Having managed over 10 million square feet of projects throughout his career, Mark prides himself on his honest approach to business partnering, his knowledge of the industry and the relationships he has built. As a pro-active principal, Mark is keenly involved in managing day to day operations, contract negotiations, client communications and all aspects of project development.

Michele Manna – Director of Operations
Michele began her career in the furniture industry in 1992. Michele has experience in both small and large furniture dealerships as well as furniture providing supply organizations. Michele has worked in many departments within the industry that includes sales, project management, and accounting. Her diverse experience has provided Michele with the tools needed to effectively direct the operations of a dealership.
Michele’s role as Director in the firm is to oversee the Operations & Project Management Departments of the company. Michele has the unique ability to handle day to day responsibilities along with managing a few key accounts each year. Michele has a sincere direct approach to business and gives clients a sense of security that their project will be handled in a professional and concise manner. Regardless if Michele is personally involved in a project, she has a management responsibility for all operations teams to ensure the highest quality service.
Liz Hair - Senior Project Manager / Executive Management Team Member
Liz started her career in the Contract Furniture Industry in 1992. After beginning her career in Client Services at Herman Miller, Liz came to work in New York for a Herman Miller dealer. She has been an Account and Project Manager for over 13 years.
As a member of the Executive Management Team, Liz meets regularly to review ideas and policies that keep our company progressive and successful. She is an excellent source of information for solving challenges as well as creating ideas for improving the way we do business. She manages the Design Department and is responsible for monitoring workload and keeping all processes on track to ensure that we produce accurate and timely specifications and drawings.
As a Senior Project Manager, Liz is responsible for acting as the point of contact for the client, architect/designer and general contractor throughout the duration of a project.
