Vornado Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust formed in Maryland in 1982, with its primary office in New York City. The company invests in office buildings and street retail in Manhattan. They partnered with A+I Architecture and Benhar Office Interiors to transform the midcentury PENN1 to an office building of the future. Their vision was to created a new hospitality-forward ecosystem of multi-faceted spaces, lounges and experiences called “WorkLife” to differentiate and elevate. At the heart of the amenities experience at PENN1 lies “The Landing” - a warm and work-forward restaurant and bar for public and private dining, catered workspaces and entertaining.
